At STYLIFYS, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.

Return and Refund Request

Timeframe: You may request a return and refund within 3 days of purchase.

Return Process

Initiating a Return: Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp

Collection: We will send a delivery agent to your address to collect the returned items.

Shipping Costs:

Returns are free for defective items or errors on our part.

For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs (25 AED).

Damaged and Defective Items

Notification: Contact us within 3 days of delivery for damaged or defective sneakers.

Required: Provide clear photos of the item. We will either issue a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges

For exchanges (different size or style), contact us via WhatsApp . We will send the new items and collect the originals within 1-3 days.

You are responsible for exchange shipping costs (25 AED), unless it’s due to a defect or our error.

Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. If the order hasn’t shipped, a full refund will be processed. If it has shipped, follow the return process.
