STYLIFYS Refund and Return Policy
At STYLIFYS, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations regarding returns and refunds.
Return and Refund Request
Timeframe: You may request a return and refund within 3 days of purchase.
Return Process
Initiating a Return: Contact our customer support team via WhatsApp
Collection: We will send a delivery agent to your address to collect the returned items.
Shipping Costs:
Returns are free for defective items or errors on our part.
For other returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs (25 AED).
Damaged and Defective Items
Notification: Contact us within 3 days of delivery for damaged or defective sneakers.
Required: Provide clear photos of the item. We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
For exchanges (different size or style), contact us via WhatsApp . We will send the new items and collect the originals within 3-5 days.
You are responsible for exchange shipping costs (25 AED), unless it’s due to a defect or our error.
Order Cancellations
To cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp. If the order hasn’t shipped, a full refund will be processed. If it has shipped, follow the return process.
