The design of the adidas Handball Spezial Navy Gum is inspired by a handball shoe from the 1980s. It comes in a color scheme of Navy, Sky Blue, White, and Gum, with a nubuck suede upper. The sneaker also features adidas branding on the tongue, the iconic 3-Stripes on the sides, the "Spezial" Trefoil logo in gold foil on the lateral side, and a branded OrthoLite insole. With a round toe and a lace-up closure system with Navy Blue laces that complement the overall design, this shoe is finished off with a gum rubber outsole for a retro aesthetic.
